Last week I went to Mount Rubidoux in Riverside. It's a pedestrian park with a very cool looking "Peace Tower" at the top of the hill. It was a 2.5 mile hike up the hill and then back down again. I didn't realize that it was that far, but enjoyed the hike anyway. Beautiful day, nice (long) walk!
Went to Snow Valley with a friend from Texas who was visiting her parents just south of where we live. Her and her daughter snow boarded while I took photos of the area. Very nice day with temps in the low 60's. With everything that I took with me, sun screen wasn't one of them and my face got sunburnt! Was lots of fun and want to go back again.
